hi again!!

15 more days and it was time for another alleycat. since i really liked the concept of the last one, this race was pretty much the same. 11 check points and 40 minutes to do as many as possible. there were more spread around than last time, so you really had to count your time. the race started at 8.25 so people where suppost to be back before 9.05. . .. . . .and some did! new and old riders showed up including a girl with a nice vintage black an gold raleigh.

alex got back first within the 40th minute and before the 41st 2 more riders showed up with their maps in hand!. . .and guess who didnt have his map?? the guy who got first!!! frustration was on his face when he realized it! later that night we went back to the place where he thought he lost it. . . .and he was lucky enough to find the damn map!! nice one! that just made him share first place with ricardo.

3rd race

hi everyone!
there was even less people showing up this time. i dont know, everybodys riding this track bikes, meant for racing. . . but nobody races in them!! two new people showed up thou, (thanks) so it was four of us, and we did race.
on this one the idea was to do as many check points as possible in 40 minutes, and getting back to the spuistraat. getting there later than that. . .no points! there´s a time on the race where you wonder if tou can still make it to the next check point, and back to the finish. . . or not. . . .its fun! i liked it and so did the other guys. alex won with 8 check points within the 40 minutes. nicolas got there first but only managed to do 7. teije had a flat tire during the race so he didnt make it. here are the results after this 3rd race.

the next race is already this coming friday and here's some info beforehand. its going to be 10 check points spread around the city and the one who gets more done in 45 minutes will take the 10 points. try to do that last one and get back to the spuistraat, 84 in more than 45 min. . . .no points!!  see you friday      vitor
